This guide will walk you through how to use each property in the database and understand how everything works together. Most of the properties are automated, simplifying the process for you.

Modify the questions

You can change the title of the Question (if you want to ask something different). Then hit the three dots in the right corner to further modify the question.
Define if the answer is required or not.
Add a description if you want to explain what you expect as an answer.
Change the Question Type: text, number, select, etc.
The linked property is the property in the responses database. Be careful if you modify this as the properties are used as entries for the AI prompts. Unless you are certain about how to modify everything, try to avoid changing properties.

Finally, share the form and change the settings according to your needs. Pay particular attention if you want that anyone with the link can fill out the form, or only members of your workspace. Normally, you will want to make it public.

Automatically generates a search link for the movie trailer on YouTube.

When a movie title is added to the database, Notion AI searches YouTube for the movie's trailer and provides a link with the best search results. This helps you quickly preview the movie before voting or watching.

On Netflix (AI)

Checks if the movie is available on Netflix and provides a link to the search results.
