Modify the questions

• Change the title of the Question. Then hit the three dots in the right corner to further modify the question.
• Define if the answer is required or not.
• Add a description if required (such as explaining the question).
• Change the Question Type: text, number, select, etc.
• Modify the Linked property name. This is the name that will appear in the Response database

Finally, share the form and change the settings according to your needs. Pay particular attention if you want that anyone with the link can fill out the form, or only members of your workspace. Normally, you will want to make it public.
